We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days from your order date to request a refund.
To start a refund, you can contact us by email at info@sleepremy.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted. Refunds need to be initiated within the 30 day window from when your order was placed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a refund for the item you have, and once the refund is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Thanks to our 30-day better sleep guarantee, first time purchasers are always welcome to initiate a return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Note that, in order to minimize abuse of this policy, multiple returns on the same product are up to the support team's discretion.
